Diana Vela Carter is an elementary school Fine Arts teacher in Corpus
Christi. She teaches art at two schools and has over 900 students in
grades K-5th and has 23 years experience as an educator. Diana
presenting Art Workshops.
Diana volunteers her time to sponsor two after-school Multicultural
Art Clubs where students learn how art applies to the real world and
to appreciate and learn tolerance for other societies. She is grateful
for the opportunity to work with art and children every day.
